Mirvac is pleased to announce an exciting new development, North Ormeau Town Centre.
The suburb of Ormeau is within the Gold Coast municipality and is one of the fastest growing regions in South East Queensland.
North Ormeau Town Centre is located approximately 45km south of Brisbane and is easily accessible via the M1 motorway.
Mirvac proposes that North Ormeau Town Centre , which is to be located adjacent to the commuter train line on Eggersdorf Road Ormeau and east of the M1 Motorway, will be a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) that will provide the community of Ormeau with a leading environmentally sustainable designed (ESD) town centre with a vibrant civic centre, a sub-regional shopping centre, commercial offices and mix-use residential usages within a well integrated transport network.
North Ormeau Town Centre - Stage 1
North Ormeau Town Centre is to be developed over separate stages with stage one anticipated to commence trading in late 2010.
Stage 1 will compromise a 3,500sqm full-line Coles supermarket and supported by 20 to 30 specialty retail shops.
